2. Secondly, it is important that leaders in the business acting standard or code of ethics.They using every relevant opportunity to stress the importance of business ethics and making sure that key business decisions not only make good economic sense but also are ethical.
3. Finally, building an organisation culture that places a high value on ethical behaviour requires incentive and reward system, including promotional systems that reward people who engage in ethical behaviour and penalty those who do not.
